The day the path begins

There are places unheard of. And they are all with nary a mark on them that may not enable you to trace them on a map. And those who nevertheless go there undergo a long exercise of rehabilitation before being able to get those unheard places. And those who go there to be reborn must get there solely and compulsorily via a long swerve, that starts a long time before they realize that swerving. That swerve begins as a breaking point in your life, a bolt of lightning which scores a direct hit on you. That it is an unassimilable spiritual earthquake not every person can cope with, as a result of which people may slip into insanity if they are not strong and solid as cliffs against the waves coming from the sea. In the beginning, when you realize that you are swerving, you gasps out "Me? Why?". You cannot believe that you are not like the others. That you are different. It is an inescapable somersault from one state into another, that swerve. You have thought you were happily b...

We create eroticism by our observations, eroticism does not create us

"I came to know God experientially, from being fucked in the ass—over and over and over again." (Toni Bentley, The Surrender: An Erotic Memoir) Eroticism is A WAY of seeing Eroticism is the ability to reflect your individual/social values in what you feel when you are aroused. Eroticism is creativity in terms of being able in getting responses from your instinct, ...

"RUGÌLE" by Fabrizio Ulivieri, an unexpected swerve which was not programmed

Foto by Živile Abrutytė When I wrote " Rugíle " I thought I had written a book about the human condition and existence. An Existentialist book. But the novel has been misunderstood. It was read more like a book about sex, pure sex, a parallel projection of "Fifty shades of grey" ( ready to challenge the famous Fifty Shades of Grey ) When this projection started I found it useful in sales key terms. And it helped indeed to sell the book but that has led to misunderstand the real message of "Rugíle". Sex is creativity. Instinct. Something that is beyond any understanding. Sex is not consciousness. Sex is not rationality. It is instinct and irrationality, as creativity. Both sex and creativity are not conscious intellectual life but somehow encoded, encrypted bit of information that our mind (consciousness) can not control. Both elude our consciousness. In "Rugíle" I tried to analyse the reasons that stay behind this instinct....
